Service rates:

$150/Individual 45-minute session    

$100/individual 45-minute session ($50 private pay discount)

• Some insurances cover all or partial fee for service

• All fees required 24 hours prior to sessions

Cancellation fees:

If you need to cancel your appointment, a 24 notice must be given to avoid being charged. If you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend a scheduled appointment (no show), a fee of $65 will be charged to your account. A credit card is required in order to schedule the initial appointment, and this will be kept on file for session payments as well as in the event that a cancellation or no show fee is charged.

You can review your insurance plan documents to see what they cover for mental health. If you don’t have the documents, you can request them from your insurance company.

Call your insurance company:

If you don’t have the plan documents anymore, you can call and ask for them.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” which includes expected charges for services received.
